Brief history of the organization
Foundation stone was laid in 2000 and academic activities started in 2004. It started
in 2004 only with computer technology. In 2000, a total of 18 new polytechnic 
institutes were established across the country. Naogaon Polytechnic Institute is one 
of them. The foundation stone of the company was laid in 2000 by Mr. Md. Abdul Jalil,
MP, and former Minister of Commerce. It is located in Ward No. 4 of the municipality
on Dubalhati Road from Naogaon Bazar. At present there are 05 (five) technologies.

1. Computer 

2. Food 
3. Architecture and interior design 
4. Environmental and 
5. Civil.
Students are studying in two shifts in each technology.
